We've been using Edge for more than 4 years now and they've always been excellent. They're quick to respond to any issues we have, and often they notice the issues before we do. They are a great business and we have nothing but good things to say about them.
The only employees at Edge CCTV are true professionals. They constantly monitor the performance of the equipment and can usually detect an issue before we do. On the occasion when there is an issue, they resolve it quickly. This is usually done remotely, but they do not hesitate to quickly send a technician to the site to get things resolved. They response time both by phone and on site is amazing!!! Highly recommend.
Excellent business to have cameras installed and monitored at your business or HOA. They also work with the internet providers to setup your service. That’s going the extra mile. No one else does this. I appreciate Edge doing this.
This company went above and beyond our expectations. They were easy to get a hold of, quick to respond and able to answer all our questions and concerns. The staff from the sales rep to the installation personnel were professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. We were very impressed with the quality of cameras and scope of their ability. Very prompt and efficient service ALWAYS! Justin is always so helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. He has kept our business in action when computer problems arise! Zachary came out today to replace a bad ram stick and was extremely fast and very kind! I called close to 5pm yesterday with computer issues and Justin did everything he could so we could finish work for the day and Zachary was here before 10am this morning and had things completely finished by 10 so the work day can continue to run smooth. THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGE CCTV! You have outstanding employees!
